Mediation is a format which rest on a process where both parties voice their concerns, listen and dialogue with one another, seeking terms for resolution with one another. Rather than having a judgement handed down - each person or member of the group in dispute participates in the decision making-resolution. This provides each person/party with acceptable terms and participation in the agreement.
